I am currently an assistant professor at the Canadian Mennonite University (CMU), where my work includes teaching undergraduate courses and mentoring undergraduate research. I hold a PhD in cell & developmental biology from the University of Toronto and have a background in cancer biology at the postdoctoral level from Yale University with HHMI professor Tian Xu
